Few more updates from Saturday and tonight.

Both sides are welded up. Guessed what size the door shut gaps should be :? Is there an actual size?

On to the front panel next which needs a few minor repairs before it’s good to go.

Cheers

Good to see you back in it dude
Look forward to some more of those awesome fabrication skills.
Do you have a body for it or are are you building it from new panels? I know you can get a complete roof now but don’t think that goes for BD roofs.
Thanks very much. It’s good to be getting Keen again.

I can’t take the credit for the proper fabrication, had to get a pro on the job!

I have a body that has been cut into smaller pieces and repaired now that needs to be put back together.

Started with the cab, then the roof, then the back end then fill in the middle! Easy

Cheers

The bus has moved to a workshop on the other side of the island. Slow and steady wins the race 😂

Cheers
