Flipped spindles how to

Hi does any one know where I can get info on how to flip spindles step by step thanks or any one that does it for you

HI chrispduck if you are only doing one set send them gillybilly on here.he has all the tools to do the job.i work in a fab company and was going to give it a go.once i looked into it it was easier and safer you use him.and at£225 all done a great price.

Thanks for your reply but I've done one now went OK the hardest thing I found was makeing the jig for the press just got to do other side now

Just if anyone interested I've flipped my spindles it went well you only need to take a very small amount off the spindles and some of the king pin photos attached thanks

Clearance needs to allow for the LP's with the shims etc all fitted. They often catch if not fully prep'd.

They seem to clear at the moment but I guess it could change once it holding the weight of the van 🤞 we live and learn

Missing centre pinch bolt?
Missing lower KP grease seal?

Have you got the weight on the wheels? The LP pinch bolts are loose / missing?

No it's still in the air do you know what happens on the top now it was a pushed in plug which I had to knock out and I'm going to get some thinner washers made for the lower king pin seal if you put a rubber there it squashes it to get it down far enough for the notch for the pinch bolt thanks for all input/help

If you machine the spindle you can fit the rubber seal.

The top needs a cover, to keep the dirt out + grease in.
