Matching paint colour

Hi guys,

I am wanting to buy some touch up paint for small stone chips but the problem is, I don't know the paint codes.

I think the blue may be "Rainbow Blue" (same as Jamie Oliver's old one?) but I don't know this for sure. I also have no idea on the white. Are body shops able to analyse the paintwork to identify the correct colour?

Can you remove something to take to a paint company for colour matching?
Petrol lid flap? For lower colour? Upper colour is more of a challenge! Upper cab door window frame?
