Points to note:
Although the paint looks great in the pictures, it could do with attention as the top layer is reacting with the previous red paint underneath, therefore it is pulling apart and flaking in some places. I was going to remedy myself, but I will leave it up to the new owner if they wish to go down that route and of course the asking price reflects this accordingly.

Also, there are a few small skims of filler here and there, which has popped in places particularly on the engine hatch and nearside dogleg.
There is a small oil leak which does not effect performance and requires very infrequent top ups.
Rust bubble on driver’s door and rear valence.
Small patch of rust on right side of cab floor needs wire brushing out and repainting.
Wheels could do with refurbishing - some white-worming and offside front has small dent to rim, which should easily knock out.
There is a small dent and kink on right side of rear bumper.

None of the above is major repairs and could be sorted in a weekend if you so desired, but I’ll be as honest as possible so as not to waste your time and mine if you wish to come view.

We have enjoyed this bus for five years having had countless days out and trips to Newquay. It has never let us down, always getting us to our destination with plenty of waves along the way. It is an excellent motorway cruiser and can easily keep up with traffic. With a dual port 1641 and 1303s gearbox it will easily cruise at 70mph and still has more to offer. I can honestly say this is a reluctant sale and I will be very sorry to see it go, as result I won’t reply to silly offers.

Also, I’m not looking for trades, cash only via bank transfer please - no Paypal.

Please note: These pictures are a couple of years old (I’m away from the bus right now) and the paint has deteriorated since these were taken so I’ll get some more representative pictures in the next couple of days.

Based in Newcastle upon Tyne.

If you’d like to arrange a viewing please call David on 07775683571

Its difficult to find the right price and sweet spot for these. It has deteriorated slightly since these pics. What would you suggest?

Well with the work that's been done it sounds pretty much sorted ,being a panel bus they command a little less but these days theres not much in it ,I've seen great buses going cheap and sheds going for stupid money look at rotten projects for instance,if the body is still solid with no holes or crispy bits I'd pitch it at 22,500 and let them cut you down they will at 18,500 anyway ,there are people on here with a lot more knowledge than me I wonder what they think.
