Old one looks so much better.

But if they won't let me keep it this will have to do.

Also fitted the original treasure chest panels, great colour match Dave got.

Up early on Saturday to sort a few final bits, although not required for the mot.

Drilled out the old rivets and broken hub cap clips and peened new ones in.

Sorted the other hub caps today, fitted some rubber matting to the treasure chest & bed.

As found in the barn

Rubber matting to protect it from the abuse it is going to get!

Going to borrow my rev counter out of my bus and see, really difficult to hear the engine in the SC, loads quieter than the bus.

Yes 1600TP with twin ICTs, have looked online and found a couple of posts that say small nut RGB should be 51mph at 3,000 revs and 68 mph at 4,000 revs, hopefully something like that? https://www.ssvc.org.uk/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=96293

Took it for a spin along the motorway on Saturday got up to 60 but have no idea on revs, will sort for Friday!

Thanks Jonny absolutely chuffed, exhausted but chuffed!

Yep Steve’s 15w now lives in Wolverhampton, been searching for a bus for a friend of mine for ages, picked it up 3 weeks ago.
