Does anyone know if Euro car parts sell brake pads to fit rear cap disc kit (early kit)? And if so do you know the part number? Am stuck on a campsite in Norfolk with v poor mobile/internet connection (if I move I lose I :-/ and one of my pads has chosen toccompletely disintegrate. I know there's a Euro car parts in Norwich and can charge a lift. Am wanting to try everything I can before resorting to the AA.
I ideally need to get it sorted tomorrow before we get booted off campsite - any help/knowledge appreciated.

Re: csp rear brake pad help
I saved this from another forum, I assume this was for the front though, no idea if the back are the same as I never changed those:
"CSP Pads
after popping a pad out and a trip down to local car spares shop, i found the pads are identical to most early vauxhalls. i now have part numbers to save you the trouble of doing the same! so stick these part numbers in a file ready for when you need them
Quinton Hazel part number: QH-BP141
Trusting part number (originally supplied): FT1011EF
EBC 'greenstuff': DP2325 "
Hope you get sorted, have you posted on the Facebook group? They're normally quick to respond.

Re: csp rear brake pad help
Cheers for the reply - just limped back home - fitted new pads but the problem lies deeper... for some reason the rear hub nut is being forced off despite being torqued up to spec and beyond... It just breaks through the split pins (second one remained until a couple of miles from home). As it happens the rears are different - and are readily available at Euro car parts. For anyone in need they are as follows:

The hub etc is a work if art and I assume it's bespoke by csp. Calipers and carriers are compatible with mk3 golf gti rears iirc

Re: csp rear brake pad help
Thanks ill check that out
. I assume the disc is made for CSP as its a bit specialist rather than fit several cars

Re: csp rear brake pad help
Not sure about the discs - could well be off the shelf items - but the hub assembly they are bolted to must be csp's design to fit with the rear axle splines etc..
