Onto the other side. This is the bad side.

Fortunately I finally have a whole RH A pillar albeit LHD. It didn't take much to chop out the old.

The old compared to the new, I had time to remove the foot bar mount tube and weld it flush.

Interestingly the wing mirror mount appears to be fixed weld in nuts in the actual pillar with approx 12mm holes in the windscreen frame. The holes had been filled with lead, possibly as a fix up to mount the mirror.

Not sure on the mirror mount screw size, an m6 bolt is loose but an m8 is too large, probably stripped out m6?
The windscreen frame has a double reinforced plate behind the mirror mount holes, not seen that before but should be easy enough to replace.

Sorted out the mirror mount on the RH A pillar.
