Painted the roof and cab in beige grey and although I was happy with the spray out card I'm not sure I like it on the bus. I'll give it time and see if it grows on me.

Not updated for awhile as I've been on holiday (Iceland) and also because I have been rubbing down the roof and cab again. I just couldn't make myself like the beige grey and believe me when I say doing it again was the last thing I ever wanted to do! But I'd rather do it now than later so a new colour was found.

It's a lot whiter but still has a bit of creaminess about it and I really like it this time!

Look out for 4 litres of beige grey coming up for sale lol.

Single Garage Resto...

Managed to get the cargo and cab doors rubbed down and into high build primer then fitted with all the catches and leavers to recheck the fit.

Then it was onto fitting the new deluxe trim from creative engineering, sorry about the pic but it was dark when I finished. I'll finish off the long sides at the weekend when I have more light!

Finished off the rear deluxe trims, much easier than I thought to bend round the rear corners then cut them to size and filed flat. The hardest part was making sure the drill was centred in the trim hole as the screw could pull it out of alignment so found a good life hack, a bit of brake pipe fitted perfectly in the hole and stopped the chuck from damaging the trim.

Then it was just a case of counter sinking the screws by carefully running an oversize drill bit into the holes so screws will sit flat and not have lumps in the plastic inserts.

Good thinking. Gonna be a lovely bus when it's finished.

Yep that's your old trim Adrian! Thanks buddy fits really well.
In fact quite a few bits have come from you guys:

Magic8ball supplied the B-post
Orange supplied the rolling jig
One eyed duck supplied the lower rear corner
And markp supplied the ace sealer

A big thanks to all you guys and I'm still not finished buying yet!
Anyone got a under dash tray?

I have been rubbing down the primer all week after work with the aim of getting it into the spray booth at the weekend and luckily I got a space today so in she went for a coat of Campanella white.

Finished rubbing the doors down and also gave them a coat of white inside and out and sealed up the gaps round the hinges.
