All doors polished and fitted back on to the bus. Really pleased with the gaps and fitment, it makes all those hours of tweaking hinges and pulling doors on and off worth it.

I painted the rest of the interior today which means that's the last bit to be painted on the shell! Happy days!

While pushing it round to the spray booth I couldn't help but get a sneaky pic in the sun

Spent Sunday putting together the pop outs and safaris. Used widescreen sealer on the safaris between the frame and rubber for a better seal.

The rubbers were from Alan Schofield's and fitted really well. I had to use the wood clamp to get the frame screws in place put it all went together relatively easily.

Thanks Steve they are a bit of a push to close them but I guess the new rubbers will give a little over time.

Pop outs, rubbers and catches all fitted, I decided to have them all opening the same way.

Then the nest of vipers that is the wiring loom was put in place, I used some mig wire to pull it through, a bit of a fight around the front and rear chassis arches but after a bit of a push and pull it was in.

One job I was not looking forward to was putting the fuel tank back in as it was so difficult to get out but after only two try's it went in no problem, new sender unit fitted (and pin removed) plus wired up.
