Mad Matz, I have notice though that if they get really hot they taco a bit then return to normal when they cool, so not much of a problem in the UK!!
Are they a plastic door card or the wood / pressed card type?

Did you plastic line them?
They are the ABS ones mate

Supplying quality in house designed items plus parts from SCAT, Kennedy Clutches, CB Performance & FIRETEC. Also fitting service including modifications & mechanical upgrades.

Ah yes.... They don't tell you that when you order them do they... Don't warp due to moisture, but warp like hell in sunlight!

I spoke to them at a show and they suggested taking them off and drilling 5mm not 3mm holes in them

We've gone big on the holes and only loosely mounted them in an attempt to let them expand / contract. Didn't seem to make much difference.

The plastic isn't stable enough IMHO. And needs to be trimmed to stop the direct sunlight.
