Just read this from the start and I think I saw the chassis on the jig when I bought some parts from you. Seriously good skills, pretty much a 'how to do it properly' for a complete resto. There's some things I wish I had seen before I started mine...........!
Cheers,
Jon

Currently working on the roof, which was sold to us as being in good condition but sadly was more pin holed then the OG roof.

The original roof had been cut off 3 inches below and into each pillar post, so we found a good cut so we could replace the rear sections, the drivers side however had the lower section missing.
So we had to fabricate up the new section, weld in and dress the welded area.

We also made a pair of dies for our pullmax so we can fabricate repair section when needed for other restorations.

Best way, make a list! A list of every job and what each job involves.
It might start off huge but it’ll soon get smaller and then it’ll be paint prep stage.

Cheers! I have a list, it’s getting smaller very slowly too.
Chassis is done, so it’s onto the fun stuff now. Thinking of getting it blasted and epoxied before going further.
