Remember if you are fitting a gps tracker, it can be jammed quite easily, with a cell phone jammer.

Had a quick update from Tracker today, so far they're offering £133 saving and talking about removing the subscriptions. Oh, and also if you have a tracker fitted to the bus, you can have more fitted to other vehicles, ie daily drivers at £100 each.

We'll see what the final offer / small print is next week sometime.

Thanks to Jim and Paul for all the leg work on this one. I have been meaning to get a tracker for my bus for a while now so keeping a keen eye on this thread. Put me down for one anyway whilst trying to gather numbers of interested parties.

Hi all forgive my ignorance but what is wrong with some of the ones on ebay ? whats the latest on the proper trackers?

Thats the impression i got from Tracker when i enquired a while ago kind of a take it or leave it approach from them :cry: I did get more help from RAC Trafficmaster.

Take it you got no further with this bloody shame its not something I've even looked into before but since my van was stolen/recovered last year I'm now finding it almost impossible to renew my Insurance without one fitted
