upgrading dashboard bulbs to led

I have replaced my dashboard bulbs for coloured led bulbs but the oil and alternator lamps aren't working as they don't have any resistance.
The led lamps I've used are

Has anyone got any ideas what to do?

The oil lamp should be OK BUT if you hsve sn alternstor you MUST fit a gizmo..
Onr of the supplierd selld a device to out in line.
I have fitted one.
The oil sensor wites need checking that should be OK..

and also remember LEDs are polarity sensitive - try swapping it around in the holder.
