Wiper Switch - Help!!

Post by scram » Sat Jun 16, 2018 3:42 pm

Hi,

My wiper switch appears to have come lose and when you try and turn the wipers on, the whole switch turns. I've tried to remove the chrome knob to allow me to pull the switch back through the dash to remove it and find the problem but the knob won't come off. I assume it unscrews, or does it pull off?

I can't see any grub screws or other fixings holding the knob on the spindle?

Advice please?

Thanks

Scram

Thanks didn't want to put too much force on it if I was trying the wrong way to remove it. I will put a drop of release oil on, leave a try again.
