One for the engine experts, popping noise on tickover

hi Richard have a similar problem with mine. been told it may need re jetting. not done it yet. will be interested to see what other suggestions come up.

Sounds like an air leak could be the problem. Are the inlet manifolds tightened properly and with good gaskets fitted?

Havent seen the video, stupid work PC, but popping on tickover (assuming it is a noise from the exhaust) is normally running lean, if the mixture screw is a little loose they can adjust themselves with engine vibration etc, so maybe worth a little tweak of the adjustment screw?
