anyone used a 'hidden aerial' ?

Post by ernie » Fri Jul 15, 2016 6:29 pm

Hi all,

I have just bought a fastback with no radio in it!

I need to get some tunes fitted but I do not really want to drill through the wing, or any other panel for that matter to fit an aerial.

I just wondered if anyone had any experience with fitting a hidden aerial.

You can get them off ebay for a few quid - some seem to be 12v powered (not sure if they all are?) - I was planning on fitting it in the glovebox or under the dashboard - didn't really want it n show.

just wondered if anyone had any experience of such a thing?

thanx

I believe you can get a version that fits behind the front bumper.
