Canterbury Pitt Owners Facebook Page

Post by funkyfreakapotomus » Sat Sep 20, 2014 2:36 pm

Hi all,

I have created a Canterbury Pitt Owners page on Facebook (I know, one of those again) that I will be admin on and will be endeavouring to keep it simple and Pitt focused.

If its not your cup of tea, that's not a problem as I check here everyday too!!

If you're interested, here is a link

https://m.facebook.com/#!/groups/626448144134971

Its just to share, buy and sell, talk Pitt and hopefully get us together to organise a CP line up at a show somewhere!!

SHOW US YOUR PITTS!!!!

Just had a look at the Facebook page. Wow, pretty cool 8) Some lovely interiors there and some cool buses  I'm not on Facebook but mrs Empi is so I will have to get her to show me how to use it (I'm rather old for these things  ).
We will defiantly have to have a meet at a show sometime. I was trying to organise one for Action but little Empi made an appearance in May and it all kinda fell by the wayside (along with sleep, sanity and an easy life   ). I'm pretty sure that Brian would be quite amenable to giving space on the show field at Action as he was up for it this year and maybe we could blag Rikki into letting us nudge onto the edge of the ssvc lineup he usually organises at Action
In the meantime I will fire up my Spectrum ZX81 and Commodore 64 and see if I can get the hang of this faceache thingy

Cheers, Lee.

Ps, Joop if you're reading this I posted the stickers and stuff off for you on Monday.

Thanks Lee, looking forward to the stickers! And getting together at a meet is definitely a good idea! Haven't posted on the FB page as we haven't got much interior to show yet, but I'll at least put the bus on shortly.

Thanks empi!! Get the good lady to show you, its not that bad honest! I still check here most days and point folk to the SSVC forum as much as I can as there is more info here than anywhere else!!

Getting as many Pitt owners together as possible somewhere would be great! I know you tried to get something together at Action!!

Hope little empi is allowing you to get sleep!!!
