Steering Box Lift Kit £48

Chassis Kit - 40mm lift

Details:

1. Spot welded box section constructed to replicate original in 2mm steel. Box section fittted with captive nuts and brake (LHD)/ clutch (RHD) pedal mounting tube.

2. Front brace to secure box section to front valance and main chassis.

£57.50 please specify LHD / RHD (+P&P)

Machining - lathe work ( allow 7 days to schedule time on the lathe)

steering box worm shortening

Cut keyway, taper and M16 thread.

£40

Precision shorten outer steering column.

£10 (not necessary, once removed from the lower casing, this can simply be cut to length with hacksaw or grinder).

Steering box strip and assembly available on request.



Post and Packaging from £10 This includes all chassis metal and returned machined items as one delivey.

A little more info.

These can be formed to suit either LHD or RHD, and will be ready for dubfreeze.

It's currently drawn to offer 40mm (just over 1 1/2") of lift. Any lift from 20mm to 50mm can be offered at a small premium.

Firm prices will be posted later in the week (provisional prices by pm)

here's a photo to show the one piece of fabrication you need to form. It fills to opening in the floorpan required to accomodate the sweep of the steerings pitman arm / drag link.
