Ha ha, I thought the same Jim
Sometimes I've seen Miles' prices and thought "he must have got that wrong" but then you realise he hasn't. I've also wondered where he digs some of his stuff up from - the Pitt curtain rings Spring to mind an he sold them for about 7 quid  I'd have happily paid that for them each

So does that all make me a trader as well? I've had a stall at Slough as well, and made about £250  but it was selling stuff I'd accrued over the last 25 years of owning and modifying various air cooled rides. I've also bought a bit of stuff that I decided I didn't need and sold it on, I've also bought various interiors and bits of interior just for a certain part then sold the rest on. I've made money on some of it, I've lost money on some of it, I've broke even on some of it, I've even just given some of it away and I've made some good money on some parts before and felt a bit like I shouldn't have made quite so much so I gave it to Help for Heroes.
I'd never think of myself or Miles as a trader, we're just a couple of blokes that are into our VW's and sell on what we don't want/need to help finance our passion, just like a lot of people in this scene and on this site.

Good for you Miles, you know what the scene (i hate referring to it as a scene as it sounds so naff but I can't think of another word) is all about

I bought my functioning washer bottle for Peebles from miles..

He was selling some seals.
I bought...Turned out they were for a Beetle.. he refunded me

I passed them forwards to Dave for his Golde sunroof Subaru powered Beetle I gained a dash grey grab handle for Sherry..
I passed the westy clamps from my Devon roof rack back to miles..
Hence my motto

Pass it forwards....
Miles...

Beeb eh?

Did not know that...
I will be On TV NEXT.

Well there's a coincidence Miles as my best mate does your job for your rivals. He's the bloke who does the stuff for ITV.com.
Out of interest, is it you that we have to blame for not being able to vote online in Saturday's semi final of Strictly Come Dancing? Mrs Empi was very hacked off, I took it in my stride. But I bet we could have saved Claudia if the bloody site had been up and running properly

Miles, you are one of the very few true gentlemen in this club, or in the VW scene. You sell your goods far too cheap, and always trust people. Keep up the good work
