Once saw a guy on the M3, in a Vauxhall, getting irritated so much that he accelerated hard and braked immediately. All the tailights on the car in front disintegrated, he went straight to the inside lane, the Vauxhall was gone!!

I always sit behind them with the full beam on.

I'm thinking of getting a PA fitted so I can say with a stupid accent, "out of all the lanes on the motorway THIS is definitely my favourite. Now I can cause as much congestion as I want and ....... everyone off".
Then read out their number plate and hopefully shame them.

Alternatively, over take them and pull in front of them and go 10mph slower, and when they try and overtake you, just speed up and don't let them.

The make my blood boil................

I think you CAN undertake if you feel that the vehicle is causing a nuisance and as long as you do it in a safe manor and NOT aggressively. I do that sometimes, like on the M3 today, and sound my horn as I do it.

There is not a law that says you cannot pass on the left as far as i understand it.
The way to fall foul of the law in that situation is, i think, "carless driving".

Although i believe blowing them up with a rocket launcher in a Back To The future/"its the Libyans!" style is more than frowned upon...

Many times I've ended up undertaking as I've been sitting in the inside lane with cruise control on doing 60 (because I was towing) and I cannot go in the fast lane yet some 'tard is plodding along at 55 (usually leaning forward like they are on the edge of being in and out of control). Why the hell should I brake and ruin my flow.
It's all come back after 400 miles on the road today.. grrr
