I see a lot of adverts of people selling their busses to put a down payment or remodel a house. Don't know how things work in England , but is it possible to borrow money from a bank on the value of the bus? Just a thought.

Maybe something like this. Probably not the best rate but at least you keep your bus. As for ditching the wife, It gets awful lonely in the van by yourself.

Depends whether she snores??or moans,or nags,or talks drivel, takes up space that would do better for a drinking buddy, takes 4 suitcases of clothes for a weekend away.
I could go on,but if her indoors reads this I am in quite enough trouble already.

I hear ta tony, the answer is no to many of those habits but just think of the paint job I could have if I wasn't having to buy white goods and throw cushions for a house!
