Allowed in the garage

Post by jonthebuilder » Wed Aug 06, 2014 4:08 pm

Who hear struggles to get time in the garage from their other halves ?

I get "you care more about that van than I do"

I have a good think before replying that she is more important...

..but they are all happy to have the holidays and envy of their friends that they have a family Splittie but don't offer the back office garage support for repairs and resto's

I think it's about time we got more support... A snack and a can of lager abou thalf nine wouldn't go amiss either......

Under no circumstances should a copy of this message be passed to my wife at any future shows we may attend.....

Under no circumstances should .............
That is a given my SWMBO is just the same...
She says I care more about my vans than her....
DO NOT WORRY. ..After 40 years it gets better...And I charge less than WONGA. ..well □1/2% less...

own lee jaw king...
Take her some flowers for no special reason...
Always worked for me..
She immediately says..
OK what you bought or what you done now?
Keeps her guessing for ages..
Only do not time it just when the "New" engine bill falls on the door mat ...

If you spend more time in the garage you won't be able to hear her moan, and if she decides to venture into the man cave.....fire up the grinder!!!

I think My claire was happy to see the back on me everytime I went into my man cave

I had my Claire tell me the days that I was allowed to work on Gerry ... That way she could never say NO when I was going into the cave

Worked a treat.

Have you ever thought about turning gay and getting rid of the wife and dating a mechanic think of all the fiddling and playing with nuts you can do

I do not like High Maintenance items....
especially if they cost more than my SWMBO...

She lost her credit card...She is worried..I am not

The person who has it is spending less on it than she did...
