Hi - the buses with attitude website seems to be down - what are the rules regarding engine choice?
I can see watercooled lumps are excluded - i have an aircooled flat 6 corvair motor in my bus - would this qualify or does it have to be vw?
cheers, mike

Re: Rules for BWA?
i seriously doubt it would go quick enough to qualify(!), but i was interested to know and the site is down at the mo.
I have to get the bus mot`d and registered first!
Cheers, Mike

VW only I think.
Supplying quality in house designed items plus parts from SyncLink, Kennedy Clutches, & CB Performance. Also fitting service including modifications & mechanical upgrades.
Re: Rules for BWA?
Got to be flat 4 aircooled IIRC

Yep - aircooled, flat 4 only - unless your corvair engine is one of the turbo ones then I doubt it'll have the go to qualify anyway - doesn't stop you trying to run that sub 18 for your own satisfaction however

I might give out a go at some point - it'd be interesting to see how it does anyway

Go for it mate its great fun! I think VW flat four only for BWA but just go for the sub 18 in any RWYB.
