Jim think that may actually slide me in the top20

That's what I was thinking. Making those that still race / interested in getting up the list more available as it'll be against buses that are still around.gazmate wrote:Thanks for the update Jules!

This is an interesting point, as are the others raised here. I must admit that I have often thought along similar lines.vwJim wrote:Well done guys.
Jules, how about a 'Hall of Fame' section where buses that don't exist in that format anymore / sold are moved? There's 4 in the top 20 that haven't been around for years.
Yes however the run will still need to be witnessed by a founder memberorb wrote:tufty65 wrote:Does this work off your first ever timed run or your best run?Jules wrote:Thanks to an excellent idea from BWA member Orb we now have a new section on the BWA website, The BWA Top 20!!
Orb came up with the idea last August and sent me an email with his suggestion and a spreadsheet of all the members listed in 'Quickest Time' order!!
The page is now live and will always show the 20 fastest BWA members, to get on there you will need to run a 16.1, to take the number 1 slot you will need to run quicker than 12.6566
Nice one Orb.... Top idea!!
Its just my initial run was 16.8 back in 2007 (which is on the members section) but my best time so far is 15.9 which puts me around 16th place on the top 20but im not on there

I will see if I can dig out my slip if I still have it.......not that im being competetive or anything
If you've run a quicker time and submitted your slip then the faster time counts, if you've not told anyone then the old time remains (Julian is a lovely guy but Derek Acorah he is not)
Get that slip in..... Glad to see I'm not the only one who's obviously itching to get on track![]()

I can definately find time to make any changes, now is a good time to think about it as much less busy through the winter.rikki james wrote:However all this take time to orchestrate and update Jules, do you have the time?

Hello fellow BWAersJules wrote:I have just done a fair sized update on the BWA website, thanks to Gary Yeo (gazmate) we have the full story about his recent trip to Das Drag Day #9 with Phil Jarvis where Phil ran his fastest ever time, quick enough to take the title of the UK's quickest away from Frank Dancer, that could make for some interesting BWA racing next year.
There is also a full gallery of pictures from DDD9, thank you to Gary Yeo and Erwin Stok (www.volksfahrer.nl/) for those.
