I have a 2276cc lump, running happily on a CB pump.

Depending on the spec' of the engine, the current pump is probably fine.

Why have you been told to change it? What problem are you trying to fix?

thanks for your replies.
i am not trying to fix a problem as such but was not sure if my motor would benefit from the electric fuel pump instead of the standard type i.e fuel flow etc

many thanks
