Oh but Haro, with your threads being so warm and welcoming, why would I ever want to start my own?

P.S How is the having a job and signing on at the same time working out for you? No unpleasant knocks on the door or court papers come through the letterbox yet?

There was a recall on Ball Joint beams (so shouldn't affect any Split owners). We have contacted everyone directly that had a beam, none slipped the net. We had an issue with one beam so recalled them all as a matter of urgency till we had them inspected and issues addressed.

Haro100 (if you look through his previous posts) seems to have some grievance against us as a company and the service he has received. I very soon after joining the forum contacted him directly by PM to see If I could help resolve any issues, but he thought it'd be a waste of time so provided me with no account details (or even his name) so I couldn't chase his issues for him. Haro100 I am sorry you feel you have had bad service from us, But I can't address things without information.

If anyone does have any issues with us at VW Heritage do feel free to get in touch with me directly and I will do my upmost to get a good resolution for you,

Alex - if you do ever get haro`s name, do be sure to pass it onto the Department for Work and Pensions, I`m sure they`d love to have a nice friendly chat with him over a cup of our fine English tea

I have been here for over 2 years. As I said in my private messages do feel free to pass me your details and I can look into any issues you have had with your service here and get it addressed for you.

Thanks
