Been on the potions and pills for 2 months now... 8O still bad...

I've had it bad every year since I was about 6 years old... you'd think you'd get used to it but nooooo.. every may it hits me hard!! :( hate it..

Then to top it all off I became Asthmatic at the age of 15.... all to do with hayfever..

Often wondered if you could get rid of one symptom, what would you lose... itchy eyes, stuffy nose, sneezing, Asthma!..

I read last year that by taking a certain vitamin C tablet your symptoms could be reduced by 40%

Not sure if it works with any old vit C tablet but it might be worth a go..

i heard last week that 2 spoonfuls of Honey (local) morning and night totally iradicates all symptoms... tried and tested with a few people I know.

Shame I can't stand Honey :roll:

Hi i am hayfever sufferer try a thin smear of vasline in your nostrils just in the entrance it works for me and a few people i have told!!! Also it is quite good for putting on electrical terminals to stop them rotting through after getting damp! :roll: Also i have tryed pollena from holland and barrett that is quite good aswell. Good luck and let me know how you get on.

the doctor said i would grow out of it in 5 years that was 20 years ago :cry:

Developed it about 10 years ago. I blame something the Americans are putting in aviation fuel and crop sraying us with :evil:

I agree, bloody benodryl is like £4 for 7 tablets.... rip off..

I went to the doctors and got some for the cost of a prescription and got 30 tablets!

when you go abroad on holiday (greece/spain especially) stock up, the same makes are about 5x cheaper. came back with a bagful last year.
