VW body shop recommendations, Surrey / Hants border

Post by Jono1688 » Mon Sep 02, 2013 4:26 pm

Hi all, advice required please?

Just bought my first bus and need some dinks, minor rust bubbling and paint work doing to my splitty. Can anyone offer any recommendations in the Surrey / Hants border area? Happy to go further if required.

Grateful for any advice or a steer in the right direction

Thanks, Jono

Another +1 for Darren.

He's done work on my bus and my beetle and all has been to a high standard.

Darren's doing mine at the moment - good chap and great work. Very pleased with the progress so far & going into paint soon!

Saw yours there last week just going into primer, it's looking really nice, I just don't get how he managed to get the long side looking so straight when I've seen so many that have obviously struggled with this.

What colour did you settle on in the end?

Yes he's doing a great job, and ultimately one that will also last. I've gone for it's original Pearl White top to toe. I agonised so long but think I'll be really pleased. Quite understated and a classic.

Good choice, I do love an all white bus
