Sounds like he needs some training in customer services it's not all about fixing gearboxes when running a business :?

I am assuming he thought that he`d already rebuilt a gearbox for you and that you we`re calling to report a problem with it... Doesn`t that lovely aftersales service just fill you with confidence 8O

Tim, give Sam at Rancho a call. Absolute top bloke, quality proven products, and the best aftersales service I`ve ever encountered anywhere!

Baffles me why anybody buys from the UK anymore. Does anyone out there like paying double? Buy from the States and get twice as many bits for your money  Or just the bits you want at half the price
Packed a few belongings and headed out to Pirates Cove. In my buddy’s old grey Kombi we rolled until the gas got low.....

Not only the bits.

I've always found US customer services to be outstanding. British ones tend to adopt a very laissez-faire attitude and, quite frankly are sh1t3.

Not used them but I've only heard good stuff too.

I will be using them if my box turns out to be a lump of poo.

Bears are in Wolverhampton I think.

My mate is having his box rebuilt by them at the moment.
