Hi All,
My son has just bought his first car a 2011 polo 1.2 petrol Fsh with 58k miles on the clock.
He has driven it 100 miles and unfortunately the engine has seized.
Does anyone have any advice on wether it can be rebuilt or would a second hand unit be a better option.
Any comments will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Tim

Re: Polo engine
Any good engine shop would be able to rebuild but the cost may be prohibitive. I’d look for a replacement from a damaged polo/a1/Skoda/Seat.
