4 Post Lift - Storing a bus underneath

Post by westwopa » Fri May 08, 2015 9:01 pm

Looking into storage options in which I will need to store a car above a stock height bus, been considering a four post lift/ramp but struggling to find one with sufficient height. Does anyone know of any manufactures which give ~2m high clearance?

And no I don't want to lower the bus, let air out of the tyres.....

I would be concerned about the lift creeping down. Having worked in a place with 3x four post lifts they all tended to creep down a foot or so over night if you're going to store a car wtc underneath the a couple of 7' axle stands under the lift are a must.

I have a Bradbury 4 post here in work. It goes as high as you would really ever need it to go in terms of working on cars, my bus won't go under with the flaps removed off the ramp.
