Volksworld Magazine, GET A GRIP :-(

Post by Le Counte de JAYFOR » Tue Aug 12, 2014 9:13 pm

Doesn't anyone at the mag monitor the classifieds anymore. There's a blatant trader selling his wares in this months mag INCLUDING Fiats

Here's what i'm on about, note the same contact number......................

It affects genuine enthusiasts not being able to put an ad in because there's no space left, and Im not really in the market for a Fiat. How do they get away with it?

Anyone on here from the mag who can explain how this can happen? It takes the p155

Well done miles, that's you to a T :-). I was a bit peed off as wanted to see a selection of enthusiasts buses and see what was on offer. It's turning out like Auto Trader :-(

The ads are by Danbury, who had Fiat models in their range. That said, poor choice of ads, they must be desperate to shift the Fiats as they no longer list them in their new model range.

Hmmmm, I see. They only need to put one or two buses with a comment saying "more on our website". And give individuals a chance to sell their bus :-/

I agree, it does look .....

I'll have a word with the ad team responsible and see what the score is.

I don't get to see what's going in these until we go to print but I agree that things like this shouldn't take space from legitimate/appropriate VW ads.

If anyone couldn't advertise something because we were full please let me know.

It requires something with a little more kick . . . plutonium!

Guess Danbury's money is just as good as the next persons for placing an add.. (if they pay the same...?) Think that Danbury may need a new/better advertising person and aim their vehicles at the right magazine rather than Volksworld not putting them in..
