Anyone know if this one is still around ? RHD Canterbury Pitt 67 that I owned in the late 80's. / early 90's

I hope not, at least not if it still looks like that :!: the 80's killed so many nice buses

Not in this case. It was saved from the crusher in the 80's and driven the length and breadth of the country in the 90's. It's responses like this that have seen me avoid forums for some time. Well done, very useful input.

I guess you tried the DVLA vehicle check thing? And ask MID?
Hold on, i'll check...

Its down as red now and it is on SORN so quite good news. Not insured though.

Sorry, don't watch tv. Good to hear it may of gone back to a stock colour though

Are you honestly telling me that you like those 80's style colour schemes? I can understand your nostalgia for days gone by traveling around with your mates but come on, it's hideous. Or do you paint every vehicle you ever own the same colours because you love it that much?

It was only when people put them back to sensible colours that prices went up. Or does FBI specialize in this kind of thing?

Being old, I thought it was all the colours of the 60's and 70's was the reason we all fell in love with them.
If the hippies hadn't done what they did with them, they might have all been scrapped by now.

Also, checked my database and no pics of this bus, although I do have the reg no in the database, so just have got it from somewhere.
And I've details of 3000 uk splits.
