Euro carb used to do them. Probably still do. Let us know what sizes you are after if you are going for a change.

Ah I had a feeling something like this would happen. Now then 15.2 No turbo. No nitrous. No complicated plumbing. No subaru conversion. Just a good honest type 1 as vw intended it. With a pilot who knows how to launch it. I'd also like to clarify I didn't break it. I wore it out by racing it hard an...

Jim, did anyoneget any footage of the buses racing? We have to leave before it all started so only saw some pretty pony setting up runs all day! Good to catch up, really hope to make it up to yours at the end or the month. P If you're on Facebook, search Race Shack on there. You'll find some photo'...

I'll second that too. Was great to see so many people, and thanks to our helpers too.
And well done Jim, on knocking nigh on 2 seconds off your P.B.

Extend the halo bar of the roll cage down each side of the van, put in a rear bar, and shoulder bar and hang em off the roll cage there. You could actually do it in the back, without a cage, but still not an ideal situation really. If you took the rear belts down to a point on the floor near ...

I'd take an early bay! They're cool! I do prefer the early one's though. More room than a split, already IRS'd. Quicker in stock form, there's plenty of things going for them. A good early bay is starting to creep above late split value's now too, if that's your thing. Don't get me wrong I wouldn't ...

Yep, loop them off the cage and back through.
Don't use them without a cage, to be honest for everyday use I only put three bits in, other wise you can't lean for anything off the tray or anywhere else in the van.
They do hold you in solid for racing though. :D

Stock clutch from GSF or Euro car parts will be all you'll need. Release bearing is an easy job too while you're in there.
