My understanding is Oil starts breaking down and becoming less effective after 210 and then really starts to detoriate after 230, if you hit 250 do an oil change as you will have kippered the Oil.

That was always what I have been led to believe and followed.

Thanks Alex I have fitted some also a major modification to the hub nut . I think that there should be more info supplied for buyers to know what they're up against there's nothing in the catalogues or online. It just says they will fit ( eventually ) cheers Our's do have the information lcearly in...

You will need to run 10mm Spacers to clear the rear hub nut!
