Could be a dodgy ht lead from coil to cap, or sometimes when the coil cools down it will work again and then break down in the future again when it gets hot again I knew about coils breaking down when hot, but the odd thing was that it didn't start when we tried the Beetle coil. I knew about coils breaking down when hot, but the odd thing was that it didn't start when we tried the Beetle coil.

Hi Dave. I use the Halso brand. Paul Miller (Harry Harpics) used it in my new engine that he built for me. Dan Simpson was using it too. That was good enough recommendation for me. I've got the same. Mine doesn't move much. When driving it moves a little. I've put it down to my oil cooler doing its job...

Haven't decided whether to fit curved bows though. A customer wants one that stands tall to accommodate a kayak front to rear.

I do like the angled sides though but my feet don't fit if I do that :roll:
