Re: VWJim's dual circuit servos, AMAZING!

Brake bite. Not stopping as quickly. Mile reckons that if he presses down really hard he'd go through the screen. I've never felt in danger of doing that!

I guess we could have a different pad?

Re: VWJim's dual circuit servos, AMAZING!

Hi Jim I've got Red 9 front and rear (late Bay discs and callipers on front, Hi Spec on rear) and one of your servos. In fact exactly the same as Mike Cooper has but my brakes don't seem to stop as good as his. Brakes and servo have been bled....... I've only done 900 miles but Mike reckons his were...

Re: Re-oil

Hi Dave. I use the Halso brand. Paul Miller (Harry Harpics) used it in my new engine that he built for me. Dan Simpson was using it too. That was good enough recommendation for me. Three weights, depending on your engine and cooling arrangement. I started stocking it at work a year or so ago. I can...

Re: My 66 Sundial

Hi Jason. Best go for hard fuel lines where possible. Fuel solenoid cut out and electric fuel pump can be placed neatly OUTSIDE the engine bay. I've got mine fixed to the chassis at the rear where it goes over the torsion tube.... Yes, that's pretty much where I was thinking. I really looking forwa...

Curved front rack for CP roofed bus

Hi I need to make some space! Apologies if this post is in the wrong place. It's also in the "Bus parts for sale" section. I made this rack a year or so ago to fit a Canterbury Pitt roofed bus. It's a good strong rack. The pop top on a CP is longer than a Dormy roof and so the rack is shorter to comp...
