If you've not ever had a voltage dropper before the motor, like a light bulb for example (which is what I have) the you've finallly burnt the motor out I expect.
Buttsbits is doing new motors. The 65 is a pain to repair.

Have the carbs been set up properly after cleaning?
I had mine cleaned and they needed setting up on a dyno to get them back to where they used to be.

Is your coil ok?

My twin 36s still need a bit of time to start when left for a week or so. But are you having the same problem when it's warm?

If numbers are down this year it could be to do with Symonds Yat being the following weekend.
It's a long way to drive two weeks in a row for those not local.
I suspect it will fill up though it usually does.
