Re: Family holiday to France in our Devon

From here we headed back to Saint-Valery-en-Caux for one last night, here we went out for a really nice meal and then headed to the ferry the next morning. Im not sure why but there were a few Renault alpines dotted in random areas! http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d184/stelovejoy/EBB8695C-EE42-4E4...

Re: Family holiday to France in our Devon

There was a Circus on at the local intermache in Crac'h, quite surreal parking in front of a camel! http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d184/stelovejoy/7C426A98-8D57-41C8-9124-BA08FF719CE8_zpslxeuq4gm.jpg http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d184/stelovejoy/3A10C75F-BA62-4D34-93D9-331DC90CC3E0_zpsg2ghz4h...

Re: Family holiday to France in our Devon

La Trinité-sur-Mer was only a 10 minute drive from our campsite and was very pretty, theres was also a pretty good antique market on one of the days we were there http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d184/stelovejoy/08EFB9B4-754D-4FC5-AA77-5372F6F37715_zpsd3vq3vo9.jpg http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/...

Re: Family holiday to France in our Devon

The region is well known for it megaliths, the alignments near Carnac were very impressive but very busy. The Grand Menhir Brise, Er-grah and La Table des Marchands at Locmariaquer were equally impressive but pretty quiet which was nice. http://i35.photobucket.com/albums/d184/stelovejoy/F1C0B957-314...

Re: Family holiday to France in our Devon

As im sure you're all aware the Devon has a bed in the middle and a childs bed at the back, great if theres just 3 of you but not very good if theres 4. To overcome this I bought a replica westy hammock to go over the front seats, I wasnt too happy about doing this as its not original and you have t...

Family holiday to France in our Devon

We've owned our Devon for just over 6 years now, and used to use it quite a lot for holidays, we've toured the inner hebrides, driven around Belgium and Holland, and even been to Biarritz. These trips all happened before we had kids and since our first son came along nearly 4 years ago the vans only...

Re: Advice please: rear seat belts for 1966 Devon Torvette

Im in the process of fitting seatbelts to the rear of my Devon Caravette, I've made a frame thats a copy of Karl_F's as he had sold them all by the time I saw it. I fitted them last night, I wasnt happy drilling holes in the interior panels but theres nothing else I could have done. http://i35.photo...

Curtains - Where to get similar fabric

Hi, I asked about curtains probably about 6 years ago but never really got anywhere, I'd really like to replace my horrible homemade ones with something that is similar to what it would have had originally, does anyone have an idea where to get a similar fabric so some can be made? Thanks Steve This...
