You can only really clamp it on the ends as the middle clamps get in the way.

Got the tickets the first week available :D Pre booked early last year and then forgot :roll: and paid again at the gate :( and then found the original tickets 2 days after the event :!: The wife blamed my age I think but I can't remember ANYTHING :wink:

you buy new from heritage in 4.5 and 5.5 width, not as extreme as the banded one in the pic but you would get the same effect, new for £50 per wheel No you can't :!: Vw Heritage can't get 'em anymore. Probs at the factory or something like that. They can only do the ones with holes (Porsche style) ...

Do you have a carb balancer? If not, you could take 'em off and set the butterflies with a feeler gauge(between the butterfly and carb body) try 4 thou, that will get em sucking the same. Wind the mixture screws in GENTLY until they stop, don't force them, and then wind 'em back out maybe 3 to 4 ful...

I was limited as to where to put the cooler 'cos of full lenght belly pans, but I kinda like where it is :wink: Will try to post some pics later.
