Stainless Exhaust system was fitted to my 1776 engine, only replaced due to new vintage speed system.
nice sound, a few scratches on the underside and a couple of small dents, only done 1000 miles at the most
£200 ono....

What size tap and plug?

I am looking at blocking off my return port on my oil pump ready for a full flow oil system, what size tap and plug should I use?.
NTP and or metric sizes would be great

its around 10mm long , i have taken it to be welded not completely blocked now and will try and re tap the hole

I have cracked my block by over tightening the oil pressure switch, I am going to remove the engine and get it welded and retapped . I Think its part magnesium (Brazil AS41 block)but I have found a specialist company that can weld it I really dont want to rely on JB weld to fix the leak Would it be ...

Jb Weld has not solved the problem Does any one have a solution, as I have spent a small fortune on this engine and would be totally gutted to have to start again because of this one small oil leak. Can the block be welded ? is there an alternative point on the case that I can fit oil temp/pressure ...

Sorry onion just to clarify do worth supply 1/8-27x.360 or did you mean they do M10 x1 time serts ?

Also ready the last few posts it looks like I need m10x1 rather than 1/8-27 any way
