Re: Hockey stick

Got a OG hockey stick and It works fine, there’s a extra bit of reinforcement on the repro one on the shoulder of the stick, which was touching the reverse selector fork. I’ve ground in back a couple of mm and repro one also now works

Re: Brakes

Hi Phil I think the servos faulty, funny thing is I only went out a third time has the engine seemed to be turning over quicker with the servo disconnected and I wanted to listen to it again once I’d connected it back up, I’ll just keep driving it over the next few days and see if anything changes, ...

Re: Brakes

I’d say a tiny gap, maybe 1mm. The pushrod slightly moves before touching the M/C

Return spring is ok, can’t say I’ve noticed that before but it’s two nuts, I’ve pull the rubber boot back and the second nut isn’t fouling anything when the brake is pressed

Re: Brakes

First two pictures engine on, second two engine off.

Fully pressed down then released, don’t know if you can see in the pictures but the gap is smaller with the engine on

Re: Brakes

Re: Brakes

I’ll test for vacuum at the servo,

I’ve only tested for dragging brakes with the engine off and they were fine, I didn’t try it with the engine running.

I’ll give it a try later

Re: Brakes

Checked the hose and all the connections are good, took off the return valve and tested by blowing down it and this is working fine as well,

Re: Brakes

All the connections look good, maybe the pipe could do with pushing on the return valve more but it’s got a good seal with looks, I’ll jack it up tomorrow to take a better look around the servo has I’ve just put my arm under and took a photo but it all looks ok
