Hi

Yes this is the basic standard we achieve on chassis’s (once blasted and welded) but if needed we can detail the chassis more and give it a higher gloss finish.

Batch one (of many) powder coated in satin black ready for fitment next week, awaiting all the little bearings, seals, mounts etc and the red 9 setup then we can get the bus rolling!

After a long delay we finally have the missing panel, so now the new genuine fuel tank panel is getting a light blast and will be installed on the bus. Another issue we found was that the cargo door gutter area had bent, in several areas due to rot. Now we have removed the gutter and started to repl...

The rear corner damaged has effected the drivers long panel just at the very end just below the bottom vent so that’s coming out and the wheel arch straightened out, rear corners off and battery tray out. New long panel section found and cut ready and we are almost ready to weld up the rear end.

The shell has been blasted and we have colour matched the primer to the original paint code Irish green, just makes it more interesting and colour instead of grey..

Before we fit the loom we will be rewrapping it in cloth tape to give a more vintage look.
