As Jim says pre-fill the cooler before you attach the pipes, if you’re running an external filter do the same with that, then if it’s a standard sump it’s 2.5 litres give or take to fill the engine, but should be fine to start it up and check the level, if it’s a stock dipstick it’s 0.5 litres betwe...

Dot That extension is to allow an additional sender (pressure or temp) to be fitted, looks like it is blanked off. Have you grounded the wire in the engine bay? The marks on the pulley wheel relate to the position of the pistons and valves, so TDC of the piston with valves closed. The distributor drive has no effect on where the pistons or valves sit, so won't affect it at all. Timing is still referenced to TDC. The drive being out of line will only give yo...
