Re: Cooked my Dynamo... How / why?

I use an optibelt.. I always think it pinches on the top pulley even with the shims in as it doesn't seem quite long enough to reach the chamfered part of the pulley..everytging seems stock so I'm guessing this is normal.

Re: Cooked my Dynamo... How / why?

Thanks for the reply... I have had it quite tight as I have noticed it was getting a bit shinney and was worried about it slipping and not cooling... It's 30+ degrees here every day so it's a concern.

Perhaps in my paranoia I've overdone it

Re: 1964 13 window Deluxe, Tdi Diesel conversion

A quick search reveals it may have been the December 2010 edition of camper and bus where it was featured. I don't have a copy so I can't check any further, hope this helps

I’ve sometimes wondered how freaky these things would look with one of those fibreglass bay split fronts from the 90’s on it.

towel rail/overrider diameter?

Hi all, I am away at work at the moment and a college of mine has offered to make me a front number plate holder that hangs off the towel rail/over rider of my US spec bumper.
