Cab bunk fitting???

Having trouble fitting a Bluebird cab bunk in my split. The bunk canvas seems to be too wide at the front to fit between the a pillars. The poles aren't a problem as they are telescopic. Am I doing something wrong? I've searched the forum and plenty of people say how happy they are with theirs, but ...

Check that you haven't undone the bleed nipple too far - it doesn't need to be undone very far to let the fluid out. Too much can cause air to be sucked in through the nipple threads and make it look like air is coming from the system. Happened to me once and took ages to work out - solved by renewi...

I've just fitted longer belts in the front of my 66 to allow for a child seat. I used the commonly fitted Securon belts, but the model with longer webbing and stalk intended for Commercial vehicles.
