The video has cleared things up.I’ve got the Original Style Cooler,so the Tubular Rubber Seals should be fine.

1500 Bus Engine Oil Cooler Seals

Hi all Currently replacing Oil Cooler Seals on a Standard Non Dog House Oil Cooler.Engine is a 1500 Bus Engine,Engine No H 5135045.Some Confusion over type of Seal to fit.Do I need the Tubular Rubber Seals or the Stepped Type?.The ones that came off the Engine are the Stepped type.The Ones in the Ga...

Hi,

I placed an advert for a 70th Anniversary Edition Vespa on behalf of my Dad 2 Weeks ago.Now its been removed with no notice given.Could whoever knows what happened to my advert please let me know!! As I don't have any idea.....

Hi all, Have a standard 1500 Single Port Engine.Looking to swap the standard Fanhousing to Dog House Cooling System,to save burning out Number 3 Exhaust Valve,Piston etc.Obviously I need Oil Cooler,and Adaptor plus Fan Housing.Unsure If I need Breast Plate and Upper Cylinder Cooling Tins.Can any one...

Ref Oil Temp Readings: I've always understood it to be the case that the Oil in the Sump is at its hottest as it hasn't passed through the Oil Cooler on its way to the Bearings etc.Re reading in earlier Safer Motoring Magazines i was always under the impression that the Top Temp for a standard 1500 ...
