Re: Ultimate Splitty camper spec?

Just wanted to say thanks, again, for your help. This thread (and the stock vs custom thread) were really the key bits of info that helped us know what to look out for. Re: 63 RHD Devon Caravette

I love this thread, it was a shame that you got finished so it's nice to see a new project on the go. Please post up the restoration of the trailer (assuming you won't be going for the patina look?).

Re: ***SSVC at the Volksworld Show 2019***

Well done Rikki!

Had a great day Sunday ( we were outside Saturday ), SSVC had a good showing and a nice atmosphere around. The show was a bit quieter which suited me! Looking forward to the AGM now.

^^^That's what it is all about right there! Such an awesome stance with the full profile tyres and love the simple look without any extras, including front number plate :-)

Quarterlight latch

The securing pin has fallen out of the latch on my quarterlight so the button and spring won’t stay put rendering the latch useless. I’ve been looking everywhere to find one but can only find complete latches. I’ve tried with nails and pop rivets but they don’t seem to do the trick. Does anyone know...

Re: 61 RHD devon

Looking for opinions please, the bus came originally with two rear side pop outs and four fixed side windows! My initial thoughts were to keep as was as final build will be almost standard, but am now thinking all pop outs, will be having have front and rear safaris. I've asked my eldest 12 year ol...

Re: 66 Devon Caravette

uh did you read my post guys? Kevin is fitting the interior. I have removed and refit it twice in the past and know what’s involved. Now its all shiney and new looking I won’t take the risk knowing my levels of patience.

Let me know on the curtains G ;-)
