Have you checked the full length of the linkage? There is a connector about 2' back from where the gear stick goes through the floor. Then the long rod goes through a tube and a second connector at the other end just in front of the gearbox. Both these connectors are held with grub screws which shou...
Do you mean the IVA test that kit cars have to go through? I can't imagine anyone has ever got a split through that. Your mods would not stop you registering your van in the normal way, but I'd imagine they would stop you from being mot exempt.
At the AGM I volunteered to do Hertfordshire, (plus surrounding counties as needed). I've put a post in the members area for a camping meet at Old Warden aerodrome, first weekend of august. Have a look and sign up if your interested. Jerry Brilliant, thanks Jerry. I'm not sure when the deadline is f...

I find this strange I have a side exit standard VS exhaust fitted to my CPR 1766cc and it pulls 95bhp at the wheels. The power curve seems fine as mapped on the rolling road? That's why I asked the engine size. I'd heard/read somewhere VS were 'only' good to 150 bhp then can't cope. 150 bhp I don't...
