few little updates.... first off i gave all my locks to Rick at schofields and he kindly managed to get them all free'd, replace the tired springs and they are now working on one key, a small detail but so happy to be able to finally lock the bus :D https://farm5.staticflickr.com/4648/38688702010_b4...

As the title says i have a 12 volt fuel gauge date stamped july 66, complete with mounting bracket and original nuts. rare original item, 1 production year only. Congratulations.... It is easy to buy new replacement wiper mechanisms but they look nothing like the originals. I have a similar pair of seized spindles that came with my 62.. They operated when I rigged up some power but were seized solid...the whole unit rotated in the body.. I have a mini stash...
